5 - MINUTE MANAGEMENT COURSE

Lesson 1:

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.

The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbor.

Before she says a word, Bob says, "I'll give you $800 to drop that towel, "

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.

The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs.

When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, "Who was that?"

"It was Bob the next door neighbor," she replies.

"Great," the husband says, "did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?"

Moral of the story

If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2:

A priest offered a Nun a lift. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg.

The nun said, "Father, remember Psalm 129?"

The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again.

The nun once again said, "Father, remember Psalm 129?"

The priest apologized "Sorry sister but the flesh is weak."

Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way.

On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129 It said, "Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory."

Moral of the story

If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 3:

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out.

The Genie says, "I'll give each of you just one wish."

"Me first! Me first!" says the admin clerk. "I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world."

Puff! She's gone.

"Me next! Me next!" says the sales rep. "I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life."

Puff! He's gone.

"OK, you're up," the Genie says to the manager.

The manager says, "I want those two back in the office after lunch."

Moral of the story

Always let your boss have the first say.

*********

Lesson 4:

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing?"

The eagle answered: "Sure , why not."

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story

To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

*********

Lesson 5:

A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey,"but I haven't got the energy."

"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull.

They're packed with nutrients."

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story

BullShit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

*********

Lesson 6:

A little bird was flying south for the Winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.

A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of this story

(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

A Boy Or A Girl

I got this fwd mail frm one of my frd who just delivered a baby.. Its really touching..

At first you moved, only a little.
I could always find you, right in the middle.

As time went on, you really started to grow.
It wasn't a whole lot, in fact, it was rather slow.

Before I knew it, you were all over the place.
It kind of felt like, you were running a race.

People would ask me, if, you were a boy or a girl.
I would sit and wonder, if, you would have curls.

There are so many things, I really want to know.
But, you are hidden inside, so the answers don't show.

How much will you weigh? How tall will you be?
What color is your hair? Will you even like me?

I hope and pray, you feel like you belong.
I never want you to feel, like you are alone.

I planned you from the start.
You, my dear child, were made straight from my heart.

There will be no one like you, not any place in the world.
It really doesn't matter, if you are a boy or a girl.

I hope I make you proud, that I am your mother everyday.
Because, you have filled my dreams, in more ways, than words can say.

It won't be long before, I can look you in the eyes.
I can feel the excitement growing, I know I'm going to cry.

Don't worry my angel, those tears will be of joy.
It won't matter to me, if you are a girl or a boy.

Ramayana best explained

A young second generation Indian in the US was asked by his mother to explain
the significance of 'Diwali' to his younger brother, this is how he went
about it...
'So, like this dude had, like, a big cool kingdom and people liked him. But,
like, his step-mom, or something, was kinda b*tch, and she forced her husband
to, like, send this cool-dude, he was Ram, to some national forest or
something... Since he was going, for like, something like more than 10 years
or so.. he decided to get his chick(Sita) and his bro(Laxman) along... you
know...so that they could all chill out together.
But Dude, the forest was reeeeal scary sh*t... really man...they had monkeys
and devils and sh*t like that. But this dude, Ram, kicked with darts and bows
and arrows... so it was fine.
But then some bad gangsta boys, some jerk called Ravan, picks up his babe
(Sita) and lures her away to his hood. And boy, was our man, and also his
bro, Laxman, pissed..... all the gods were with him... So anyways, you don't
mess with gods. So, Ram, and his bro get an army of monkeys.Dude, don't ask
me how they trained the damn monkeys... just go along with me, ok...so he was
like..., Ram, Lax and their monkeys whip this gangsta's ass in his own hood.
Anyways, by this time, their time's up in the forest..and anyways...it gets
kinda boring, you know... no TV or malls or sh*t like that. So,they decided to
hitch a ride back home...and when the people realize that our dude, his bro
and the wife are back home... they thought, well, you know, at least they
deserve something nice... and they didn't have any bars or clubs in those
days... so they couldn't take them out for a drink, so they, like, decided to
smoke and sh*t...and since they also had some lamps, they lit the lamps
also... so it was pretty coooooooooool thing...you know with all those
fireworks n stuff...

Really, they even had some local band play along with the fireworks... and
you know, what, dude, that was the very first, no kidding.., that was the
very first music-synchronized fireworks... you know, like the 4th of July
stuff, but just, more cooler and stuff, you know. And, so dude, that was how,
like, this festival started.'
And the Mother fainted...

You are my dream my love my life

Like a dream you can't explain love can chase a beating of your heart
Like the sun shining in the rain love can make your whole world fall apart

All I wanted now
I just wanna spend my life with you
Time will show me how
Suddenly everything has turned me inside out
Suddenly love is the thing that I can't live without

You are my dream my love my life
I just wanna spend my life with you
You are the one that makes me smile
I just wanna spend my life with you

God I love somehow...I just wanna spend my life with you
You can show me how

Suddenly everything has turned me inside out
Suddenly love is the thing that i can't live without

You are my dream my love my life
I just wanna spend my life with you
You are the one that makes me smile
I just wanna spend my life with you

What have you done to me?
Is this how it’s meant to be
Can't control this feeling in my heart
I can see better days glowing inside your eyes
And I know you feel it in your heart

All I wanted now
I just wanna spend my life with you
Time will show me how
Suddenly everything has turned me inside out
Suddenly loves the thing that I can't live without

You are my dream my love my life
I just wanna spend my life with you
You are the one that makes me smile
I just wanna spend my life with you

Love is a crazy thing
It’s like when you wanna sing
And the words are deep inside your soul
When somebody comes along together you sing a song
You just let the music take control

And I wanted now; I just wanna spend my life with you
Time will show me how
Suddenly everything has turned me inside out
Turned me inside out
Suddenly loves the thing that I can't live without

You are my dream my love my life
I just wanna spend my life with you
You are the one that makes me smile
I just wanna spend my life with you

So called Indian Marriages

I am really disturbed for last few days. Its about one of my sis-in-law, she is my hubby's cousin. Educated, independent and true professional. She works for a bank at officer level. The only problem in her life is .... She is 30+ and is gods special child. She has some problem with her back. She was trying to struggle with her own life when her mum started to find a suitable match. Many guys came to find faults in her. Last week her mum almost finalized her marriage with a guy who lives in the same city , he was also like my sis in law , she thought that he was the best suited boy for her daughter. Then my father in law told them to check where he works and what's his salary. With just one phone call to that guys office they found out he did not have a job and was kicked out 3 months back. Still her mum insisted may be he has changes his job. Finally some how that thing didn't work out.
Last week she found some guy again in the same city , perfectly normal , he worked @ his uncle's shop with a salary of 6K Rs per month. He is the only son and is not from a very well to do family. My sis-in-law's mum tried to explain her that she is lucky to find a guy perfectly normal ready to marry her .. Poor girl she couldn't even say anything .. Its heart breaking when your own mum talks to you in such manner.
My father-in-law tried to speak to my sis-in-law. She said uncle even if I say something , she will get me married to this guy and as it is I was ready to compromise in one or the other way so why not with this guy.She said this and said but.. I will always blame my mum for doing this to me.
Still her mum went ahead and told the entire world she is ready for marriage. To my shock , her mum got her engaged with that guy day before yesterday. I told my hubby that what if this guy leaves her afterward . That guy told my sis-in-law that with your parents and your help I will open my own shop . That means this guy is marrying her only for money. I still don't understand why do parents force there kids into something which has a wrong start and then cry about it. Any kid or lay man will understand this relationship will not last for a long time.
I still feel bad for that girl who will be facing her so called hubby and in-laws and his relatives. She is really a very sweet and mature girl , I wonder why did she take this decision. May god give her the strength to deal with it.
People say Arranged marriages are better than love marriage. Sorry to say but i feel if this is arranged marriage then its better not to be married.

Do relationship’s change after wedding..!

Every morning starts with a cup of coffee and everybody loves Raymond.. It’s not that popular serial not many follow it. It’s about a couple Ray and Debra. Ray’s parents live next door. Ray and Debra have one daughter Ally and twin boys Michel and Jeffrey.
Ok! You must be wondering why I am telling you story of some serial... The serial is about relationships and changing phases in a person’s life. How an elder bro gets jealous when mum loves ray more. How Debra gets angry when ray’s mum interferes in there life.. I think these characters and topics of every episode resemble your life.
Coming straight to the point..
Few weeks back there was this episode in which Debra gets new hair cut and ray doesn’t even notice the change she tries every possible thing to give him hint so that he says something... But unfortunately he does not and goes for a toss... Seeing that episode I said to hubby dear how is this possible. He also agreed to me.

But the same thing happened to me today... I got a new hair cut n was desperately waiting for hubby dear to come home so that I can show it to him… I didn’t even tell him on ph so that get gets surprised or shocked...  But unfortunately he didn’t even notice it... He came sat on the couch took TV remote and switched the TV channel. I gave him his cup of coffee and fruits still he didn’t realise I had a new hair cut... I didn’t say anything.
I was standing in kitchen thinking, this is the guy I loved like crazy and after 3yrs of our married life I still love him the same or even more …. But my better half doesn’t have time to look at me... I use to always feel my relationship with my hubby will always be the same. We were best of frds he use recognize by my voice if I was sad or angry. Today when I am his wife have things really changed or it’s just that I think too much...
Its 11 Pm in the night hubby dear is fast asleep and me writing this down… Sometime or I should say many times I note down my heart but just cant post it.. Being the only child I don’t have habit of sharing my feelings... I guess I should try really hard speaking my heart out to hubby dear tomorrow... May be I expect just too much and I should think from his point of view also... It is possible that he must be tried or office tensions are keeping his eyes off me..
Anyways got to sleep its too late … Too many things to say … But I have to get up at 6 in the morning to make a cup of coffee for hubby dear… 
Take care friends… See u later…
Tomorrow my hubby is going to repent for what he did today... Will update tomorrow what all happened…
C yaaaaaaaaaaaa gut night…

The Notebook...

Amazing scene from The Notebook..

Rachael McAdams and the male lead’s conversation. Come on guys, I watched the movie for Rachael McAdams, who cares about the male lead?
Rachael is Allie and the guy is Noah.

Noah:
Would you just stay with me?
Allie: Stay with you? What for? Look at us, we're already fighting
Noah: Well that's what we do, we fight... You tell me when I am being an arrogant son of a bitch and I tell you when you are a pain in the ass. Which you are, 99% of the time. I'm not afraid to hurt your feelings. You have like a 2 second rebound rate, and then you're back doing the next pain-in-the-ass thing.
Allie: So what?
Noah: So it's not gonna be easy. It's gonna be really hard. We're gonna have to work at this every day, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, for ever, you and me, every day.

Happy Birthday Sachin..!

Today morning I saw on TV our very own master blaster ... Sachin Tendulkar's face covered with Cake.. surrounded by his India teammates as well other players participating in the IPL in South Africa. He truly is a legend..
He was saying he started playing for India when he was 16 and today he is 36 .. its like 20 years of good cricket. His only regret has been the inability to take India to a world cup victory.
I just love him... I think its really hard for a player to always be nothing but the best...I think Sachin has played exceptionally well most of the time..

I would really like to wish him a gr8 birthday and wonderful life ahead with lots of centuries, Sixes and trophies for India.
To all IPL fans.. Mumbai Indians.. Jindabad... :-)

Is shopping crime..!

Yesterday I went for shopping after guess one or one and 1/2 year.. I know u might think how is that possible..? I use to but things but only if needed.. But yesterday I was in a mood to shop anything n everything like..
I am fond of different types of footwear .. u can call me crazy , freak or obsessed...yeah I love them .. I am just over possessive about them. Yesterday was totally my kind of day shopping and then a sub way sandwich and chocolate waffle .
After all the shopping n fun time I had .. I decided to call my hubby dear to tell him that I have spend good £50 on shopping.. I was really really happy .. The same feeling u get when u eat ur most fav food...
But after that ph call I just felt like going back to the shop and returning all the things I just bought 15 min back. You will ask why what happened..? I was happy like a baby and told hubby "I just spend 50 pounds.. I did lots of shopping.." And he simply replied.. "Don't u think u have gone over the board.." My smile turned into a guilt of spending hubby's hard earned money into something he thinks is waste n of no use.. Then i said "I have bought a hand bag for ur mum ..." He said "oh ok..." I said " now its ok for you because I have brought for ur mum , If I buy something for my pleasure( which even he knows I do almost never ) is spending too much" . I just switched off my ph.. I was so very depressed and felt like crying like a baby..( I know am just to emotional)I was sitting on a bench near oxford street.. Listening to on of my fav song... "tujhe dekh dekh sona.." .. Thinking what wrong have I done.
I just wanted to go back and return all the things.. But then I thought over it and I decided to go home with all the things.. I didn't not switch my ph "on" till evening. When hubby came home , he was trying to cheer me up but I was just too upset.. Usually even if I buy new room freshener or as stupid thing as fresh fruits .. I show it to him .. but yesterday I didn't.. He asked me show me what all did u buy.. I simply replied no point seeing them as I am gonna return them..
I guess he was really feeling bad.. I was in the kitchen making coffee for him. He came and hugged me and said I am sorry .. I shouldn't have said that.. But I just felt.. Its so easy to say it ...
After all the crying and him apologizing.. I showed him all the shopping I did for his parents and sis as i am going to India next month.. He felt so guilty .. because I didn't buy a single thing for my self.. I was just trying to see his reaction... Is shopping really a crime...!

This design has been prepared by National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad with the theme of Unity in Diversity. The outer side metal is Nickel-Bronze and the inner side metal is Ferrous Steel. ATTITUDE IS A CHOICE

The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, was fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock. Her hair fashionably coiffed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, she was moving to a nursing home today. Her husband of 70 years had recently passed away, making the move necessary.

After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her window.

"I love it," she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy.

"Mrs. Jones, you haven't seen the room .... Just wait."

"That doesn't have anything to do with it," she replied. "Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged...it' s how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it ..."

"It's a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do."

Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I'll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I've stored away ... just for this time in my life. Old age is like a bank account ... you withdraw from what you've put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories. Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still depositing."

Remember the five simple rules to be happy

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less

Heaven on Earth

Today I watched Deepa Mehta's new movie Heaven on Earth . Movie is about Chand, a young Indian Punjabi woman who finds herself in an abusive arranged marriage with an Indo-Canadian man.

Everything is new to Chand, everything is unfamiliar including the quiet and shy Rocky who she meets for the first time at the Arrivals level of Pearson Airport. Chand approaches her new life and her new land with equanimity and grace, and at times the wide-eyed optimism of hope—her first snowfall is a tiny miracle of beauty, and the roar of Niagara Falls creates the excitement of new beginnings.

But soon optimism turns to isolation as the family she has inherited struggles beneath the weight of unspoken words, their collective frustration becoming palpable. A controlling mother who can’t let him go, a sweet but ineffectual father, and a sister whose two children and unemployed husband are also a burden. All live with Rocky and Chand in a two-bedroom house in the suburbs of Toronto. To make matters worse, Rocky is expected to find the money to bring his extended family to Canada. Unable to express his anger, he finds other ways to release it and it’s Chand who bears the brunt of his repressed rage.

Trapped in a world she cannot comprehend and unable to please her husband, Chand is desperate. Hope comes in the form of Rosa (Yanna McIntosh), a tough and savvy Jamaican woman who works alongside Chand in a factory where immigrant women from all over the world clean and press dirty hotel laundry. Rosa sees past the make-up that covers Chand’s bruised face. Realizing Chand has nowhere to turn, Rosa gives her a magical root advising her “to put it in whatever he drinks.” The root is supposed to seduce the one who takes it, making them fall hopelessly in love with the person who gives it to them. Chand’s attempts with the magic root lead to surreal incidents and her life gradually begins to mirror an Indian fable involving a King Cobra. As the lines between fantasy and reality converge, Chand and Rocky come face to face with each other and themselves.

Its so strange to see till today educated women are victims of domestic violence. There was one interesting scene where her mother-in-law tells her. Husband beating a wife is part of married life. In today's world also people think wives are stress reliever . I think its very common in Indian Villages but to see the same situation in Canada was shocking . Be it any place women still have to suffer.

One of my childhood friend also is facing the same problem. Her husband was fine with her for initial one year but after he daughter was born he changed.God knows what happened. He hit her very badly only 2 months after her daughter was born. She had decided to separate from her husband .Her husband told her I can give you divorce only on one condition you wont remarry or else I will take our daughter back from you.She spoke to her brother and parents about it but poor girl, her parents advised her to ADJUST .. I was shocked.I told her how can your parents do this to you they should support you.She said to me what can I do.. you tell me I have nowhere to go.I felt so helpless that moment. Its been more almost one year I have no contact with her . She is not allowed to call her parents nor her parents can call her. She mails me sometimes secretly.

I wish god gives her strength to handle all this.....

This movie really is a shocking fact of woman's life.

Jab we Met after 20 years..!

Today I got this as a fwd mail from one of my friend.

Oh! the last 20 years has gone so sooner,
The great college days, I started remembering,
Seems like only yesterday I finished engineering.

Seeing my class mates, after 20 years,
My eyes were filled with tears,
Everyone has changed a lot,
No one escaped nature's plot.

Guys who were smart and handsome,
have become bald and buxom,
Girls who used to fill our dreams,
Almost brought out screams.

Saw the girl, whom once I thought as my life,
oops!, today she is somebody Else's wife,
after years, talked to her for a little while,
learned she is happy, that made me smile.

Entered our class' Mr. Romeo,
Who has played many a cameo
We started teasing him together,
About what all he did to-get-her,

Project reviews to campus interviews,
Nicknames to last bench games,
Cultural rehearsals to love proposals,
Short term crushes to class room blushes.

Everything was fresh in our mind,
Wished life could rewind,
Laughed, played and rejoiced,
Once again we became girls and boys.

Chatting and laughing, we all were in elation,
Till the painful moment of separation,
It was time to part,
returned with a heavy heart.

Today life is full of commitments,
and too many worries,
But those cherished moments,
Will live forever in our memories

Gmail now has Indian Languages..!

Today while surfing net I found out very interesting thing and I thought of sharing it with all. Many of you might already know about it.

Gmail has also been enabled for Indian languages. Long, long overdue. It’s already available for Orkut and Blogger (Google associates); and also for Word Press platform on which this blog is operating on.
Gmail is now available for five Indian languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. It’s on by default for Indian users, but if it’s not, then you need to go to Settings and thenGoogle Mail display language and enable it. Then from a drop down menu you have to select the language of your choice. Then when you go to Compose, you will find an icon of the first letter of the language you chose.

These are inevitable innovations as technology is made more accessible to more and more people in the world. A long, long way to go still.

Now I guess we don't have to write a mail in Hinglish or any Indian version of English. I am very happy for those who cant read English . Even today there are many elderly people who cant write in English, its bringing web closer to them.

Do you Support the Decision of the Supreme Court?

Do you Support the Decision of the SC?

Sanjay Dutt can't contest polls: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Tuesday disallowed actor Sanjay Dutt to contest elections from the Lucknow Lok Sabha seat and refused to suspend his conviction in a criminal case.

"We are not inclined to suspend his conviction," said a Bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan. "It is not a fit case to grant stay of conviction," said the Bench, which also comprised Justices P Sathasivam and R M Lodha.

The court said that the power of the court to suspend the conviction of a person to enable him to contest the elections has to be exercised rarely.

The court refused to stay Dutt's conviction, saying his case does not have parity with that of cricketer-turned-parliamentarian Navjot Singh Sidhu, who had resigned his seat after his conviction in a case of unintentional killing.

Dutt has been sentenced to six years in jail by a Mumbai anti-terror court hearing the 1993 serial bomb blasts in the city.

Jab koi baat bigad jaye..!

Today morning after checking my mails as usual I was looking into sky channel menu and came across B4u music. Ah! bollywood definitely my kind of music. After switching to B4u music there was this old song from movie named Jurm . The lyrics are like....
Jab koi baat bigad jaaye jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Jab koi baat bigad jaaye jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz

Na koi hai na koi tha zindage mein tumhaare siva
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz

Ho chaandni jab tak raat deta hai har koi saath
Tum magar andheron mein na chhodna mera haath
Ho chaandni jab tak raat deta hai har koi saath
Tum magar andheron mein na chhodna mera haath

Jab koi baat bigad jaaye jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Na koi hai na koi tha zindage mein tumhaare siva
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz

Wafadaari ki vo rasmein nibhayenge hum tum kasmein
Ek bhi saans zindagi ki jab tak ho apne bas mein
Wafadaari ki vo rasmein nibhayenge hum tum kasmein
Ek bhi saans zindagi ki jab tak ho apne bas mein

Jab koi baat bigad jaaye jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Na koi hai na koi tha zindage mein tumhaare siva
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz

Dil ko mere hua yakeen hum pehle bhi mile kahin
Silsila ye sadiyon ka koi aaj ki baat nahin
Dil ko mere hua yakeen hum pehle bhi mile kahin
Silsila ye sadiyon ka koi aaj ki baat nahin

Jab koi baat bigad jaaye jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Jab koi baat bigad jaaye jab koi mushkil pad jaaye
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Na koi hai na koi tha zindage mein tumhaare siva
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz
Tum dena saath mera o humnawaaz

One sunny weekend

First sunny weekend after long winter. It was just beautiful morning on sat, so we decided to go somewhere for one day.. After thinking and discussing for a long time we decided to go to Greenwich Park.
To start with.. We went to station n we got to know that DLR and Tube is closed near Greenwich Park. So we decided to take a bus to North Greenwich n change other bus for Greenwich. It took us like 1 and a half hour to reach there.
As usual, as soon as we got down from the bus hubby dear wanted to eat something so we started looking for sub way. On our way to sub I saw local weekend market and convinced my hubby to go there it was just lovely to see fresh food market and antique goods market.. At the end of the market I saw Ben n Jerry's so did jump on the opportunity to have ice cream I did wait for 4 long months to have one. Hubby dear say big no for ice cream in winters.. Finally we reached sub way and had veggie patty foot long and gulped it with my fav fanta.. ;-) yeah i know its kids drink but i love fanta... hhaha its funny na..
Then we went to Greenwich pier it was so very beautiful to see most amazing view of Thames with Canary Wharf at the back... We saw the Greenwich university royal naval college and walked to Greenwich park and saw the GMT clock... It was up on a hill. But worth going up... Just amazing view of London from the hill top.. Me n hubby dear did sit there for a long time talking about the time when we use to date.. good old memories..
We came home around 8 in the night but we both were so happy .. it was just me n hubby no phone , no mall n no cigg... yeah he smokes a lot.. I am trying to convince him not to smoke..

Hope you guys had a wonderfull weekend as I did. Hey forgot to tell you guys on sun we had been to our frds place for lunch it was fun.. we played cricket in there back yard... Cricket in London it was fun..!
